With Claude’s help, I’ve started making all sorts of little projects that don’t exactly fit as blog posts, and I wanted a place to put them. This is that place.

It Always Does
“Bottom line, it’s going to all work out. You know why? It always does.” A drum & bass track built from one 13-second clip, every phrase time-stretched onto the beat. It’s CC BY-SA, and the page has everything needed to make a music video for it, which I’m hoping someone does.

SlateWiper
One button that archives every open terminal session and browser tab somewhere findable, then closes them all, so you can drop things without noticing you dropped them. Each agent session is saved with its resume command. Rather than an installer, it ships a prompt: your coding agent interviews you and adapts it to your setup.

Who Is Looking
A six-minute browser game in five short gates, each of which pulls the rug out from under something you were sure of: which dot is you, what you have been painting, when now is, and where blue lives. Everything you do is folded into a sand mandala, and at the end you blow it away. It came out of a one-line prompt in a tweet, and it wants your sound on.

Readmill
Read any web page one sentence at a time and leave notes in the margin, hands-free with a foot pedal: one pedal steps forward, another opens a comment box you can dictate into. Notes are saved as plain files on your own disk. A hacker tool for now (clone it and load it unpacked), with the Karabiner setup for the pedal.

Parameterizing Jesus’s outgroups
Tax collectors, prostitutes, lepers, Samaritans, Romans, widows, the conscripted mile, the Canaanite woman: eight mechanisms of exclusion, drawn from the people Jesus scandalously loved, then mapped onto eleven American tribes (and a bonus round of eight more). Ends with an exercise for finding your own eight.

Superego!
A tiny hero with a cape and a very loud voice: “UPRIGHT!” “GENTLE!” “WAIT!” Twelve spreads about the outside voice becoming the inside voice. Manuscript and concept roughs so far.
