I'm not entirely certain I want a music video for this to exist, but I don’t want to spend more time on it myself and I figured if someone did they might as well have the info needed to line everything up perfectly. Source video: x.com/RapidResponse47/status/2110036027557724455 (13.4 s; download: source-clip.mp4). The only words in the song are from it: “Bottom line, it's going to all work out. You know why? It always does.” (7.95–12.60 s of that video). Source times below are seconds into that video; its audio and picture both start at 0.
Track: 216.01 s (3:36.0). Instrumental by Suno (bed A), arranged around the voice. The track runs in Suno's original timing; nothing was inserted or removed, apart from a synthetic ring-out added to the last 4 s.
How the voice was stretched: each placement below is one continuous piece of the source, time-warped (pitch unchanged) so that its stressed syllables land on the beat. The warp is piecewise linear: between consecutive anchor points the speed is constant. In an editor, put a speed/time-remap keyframe at each anchor and use the speed shown, or simply place each word at its track time. Blue = slowed down, orange = sped up.
Lip sync: the voice has a short room echo (40 and 85 ms taps) but no added delay, so the mouth should match the word start times directly. Word boundaries are accurate to about ±40 ms.

Filter specs read path:x/low-pass Hz/high-pass Hz,… with x = 0…1 across the span. Drop 1's lead-in is a low-pass that closes and opens again. Drop 4's crossfades from low-pass to high-pass, then snaps back to the full mix on Suno's double snare (2:51.55), which lands with “does”.
